Nicotine crackdown could drive vapers back to the hard stuff

As of July 1st nicotine e-cigarettes and refills will be banned, with a fine of $ 220,00 to be levied on anyone found importing them.  Vaping Australia said the new penalties will put all vaping shops out of business and many people who are using vaping as a path to giving up may return to conventional smoking.
