NSW Attorney General Mark Speakman has referred the state’s consent laws to the Australian Law Reform Commission. Pru Goward, Minister for the Prevention of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault, says consent laws should “protect vulnerable people from sexual assault and put offenders on notice.” But what might new laws look like?
