 LNP’s candidate for Flynn Colin Boyce has said the government’s plan to reach a net-zero emissions target by 2050 is not binding, and it will give a wiggle room to change the plan if Scott Morrison is re-elected.

The electorate of Flynn is in Central Queensland, and Gladstone, which is becoming Australia’s green hydrogen and energy capital, is part of it.
