A new independent body to help survey Australia’s mental health status has announced a report card scheme, set to qualify where the nation stands as it tries to rectify its mental health failings.
The report is due out later this year, and today at the National Press Club, the Commission’s Chairman ran through the specifics of the study so far.But is this new scheme any different than previous mental health recommendations?
