One of the losers in this year’s budget, has been the long running National Heritage Trust program, now called Caring for Our Country. It’s received a 30 per cent cut in its funding, a loss of more then 800 million dollars. TIM JURY says the Nature Conservation’s Threatened Plant Action Group is one of the groups affected.
