Australian Members of Parliament will have to chose between their right to access information that will impact citizens and their right to talk about it. In a briefing, as the Transpacific Partnership Agreement negations draw to a close, MPs were given the opportunity to view the top-secret text provided they sign a confidentiality agreement that will remain in force for four years after the TPP comes into place.
