Researchers from the University of Ballarat are looking to shed light on the Indigenous heritage of some of Melbourne’s ritziest neighbourhoods. The City of Stonnington, in Melbourne’s inner east, has comissioned researchers to unearth the area’s Indigneous history. Laura Kostanski and Associate Professor Ian Clark, from the Univeristy of Ballarat will collect oral histories and mark significant Indigenous sites throughout Stonnington.
