Links between sex workers, people with disability get a boost

It’s the small not-for-profit that’s gathering high profile supporters. Touching Base developed out of the need for people with disability and sex workers to connect with each other. Now a former High Court judge has thrown his support behind them.

Several people with a disability have told The Wire how sex workers have played an important part in allowing them to lead a full sexual life. Now, the founders of Touching Base are hoping that their new patrons will spread this message to a whole new audience.
