Inquiry sparks debate about reform to Parliament’s question time


A current inquiry is examining ways to improve question time such as whether Dorothy Dixers should be abolished and whether ministers should be forced to answer questions.

This has lead experts to question the effectiveness of question time and whether similar rules should apply in state parliaments.
