Well there’s finally some good news for Indigenous health with a new $50,000 scholarship scheme aimed at students participating in the Indigenous Health Stream of the ANU Medical School.
Yesterday ACT Chief Minister, Katy Gallagher announced the scholarship in memory of passionate indigenous health advocate Dr Peter Sharp who was the longest serving member of Winnunga Nimmityjah Aboriginal Health Service.
