The Government plans to have a emission tax scheme in place by 2010 that could add up to sixteen per-cent onto the average energy bill. Climate Change Minister, Senator Penny Wong, says there will be compensation for low income households, those earning less that about fifty-three-thousand-dollars per annum, but will that be enough?
