Interest in the government’s main climate change policy, the Emissions Reduction Fund, has dropped and critics says the scheme is not doing enough to reduce carbon emissions.

Only 52 projects were submitted for funding this round compared to 102 last time and very few tackle emissions from the industrial sector.
