Financial counselling cuts hits those doing it tough

It’s budget time around the country and both federally and locally it looks as though welfare is due for some belt tightening. In South Australia the government has decided to cut financial counselling services – something welfare groups warn could have serious consequences. Tom Angley spoke to Allan Wight and his financial councillor Denise Darling to find out more.
