Prime Minister Julia Gillard announced plans to bring a tougher stance on Teenage Parents who recieve welfare, the plans being contained within the upcoming budget. The budget looks set to deal some harsh blows to young welfare recipients – the message being that you don’t get government handouts unless you’ve earned them – Teenage Mums are now the latest group targeted.
