Fidel Castro hands over power in Cuba, but does this mean change for Cuban people?

Cuban Leader Fidel Castro, has handed over power after being ill with a serious stomach ailment. Reports in the press say that power has been handed to Fidel’s brother Raul, but Cuban expert and lecturer in Politics at Flinders University, Dr Gerry Pye, says that there are in fact, four men in charge. The one to watch is Carlos Lage, the country’s vice president and key officer in the administration. Dr Pye explains what position Carlos Lage has taken on the possibility of economic liberalisation under the new regime, and what the possibility is of new political freedom for Cuba’s people.
