In just 38 days, 5 women have already died from domestic violence in Australia this year. The shocking numbers reflect a chronically disturbing reality faced by women across the country that shows no sign of improvement. Between 2017 and 2018, there was a 21% increase in the number of females victims of domestic violence. The estimates are part of a survey constantly updated by Counting Dead Women organization.
