Moulden Park Primary School in Darwin has elevated their attendance by 10% this term as the staff uses a borrowed bus to help students who are unable to travel in the heat. This transportation is a savior for those with elderly carers and therefore unable to commute to their children’s school.

Furthermore, this also reflects the tight knit community of Darwin as organisations like Rotary have donated food and uniforms for children. Moulden Park Primary’s principal Ali Brady shares the school’s success and their hurdles in achieving a high attendance rate so far.
