Confusology is today’s new word, used by Australian Communications and Media Authority Chairman Chris Chapman to describe how consumers are feeling about the complex new world of i-Phones , Apps and plans that never seem to be quite as great a deal as they seem. The Authority’s draft report recommends a crackdown on many misleading practices such as caps and how bills are calculated.
