Children and families are hardest hit by alcohol addiction

More than ten thousand children are in care because their parents or guardians are abusing alcohol. The Foundation for Alcohol Research and Education, or FARE, released a new report at NSW Parliament House today. It shows that children are abused, left in unsafe conditions and exposed to domestic violence.
