Climate change is still a hot issue. Rupert Murdoch wants to go carbon neutral, and offset unavoidable emissions, the Australian Coal Association wants to fund research for clean coal. CSIRO scientist Dr James Risbey says carbon offsets can work, but reducing our fossil fuel emissions is the only real solution in the race to stop rising temperatures.
