Environmental organisations have not been spared in this years Federal Budget, but the result on Tuesday night was even worse than expected. Cuts have been made to conservation, renewable energy, climate programs, water research and more. The Australian Conservation Foundation question the justification of these cuts while polluting corporations see their fossil fuel subsidies rise courtesy of the taxpayer.
