Tonight the Federal Budget will be released by the treasurer Peter Costello for the 12th time. With the Election looming large on the horizon speculation has been rife about the goodies to be handed out. Leaks have indicated the budget will have something for everyone but it wont make up for a decade of underspending in many critical areas says Dr Steve Keen Associate Professor of Economics and Finance at the University of Western Sydney who speculates on the coming election.
