In the atmosphere of allegations of rape by Hillary Clinton’s husband, then President Bill Clinton, and the revelations of the “locker room” tapes where Donald Trump is caught having a frathouse style conversation about certain women full of braggadocio, innuendo and gutter language, the 2nd Clinton/Trump debate was set up to be a corker.

And it did not disappoint, with Trump vowing to set up an inquiry into Hillary’s email server affair, to put her “in gaol”.  But policy did surface after a time, and both candidates came back to more familiar points – but – who won?
