Throughout April, a succession of companies such as Global Bank Citi, Asset Managers Deka and Union Investment and Insurance giant Allianz have initiated policies aiming to exit financing of Coal based industries.  UTS Industry Professor Bob Carr has been chronicling the shift and says that business is moving to address climate change, and the Government needs to revise its approach.
