Retirement Villages as we know them are due for a make over. That’s according to Hans Becker an aged accommodation specialist from the Netherlands who’s in Australia this week to promote a new model for retirement housing. Australia has 4.1 million baby boomers all of whom will be entering into retirement in the next few decades. Aged 44-64, these Australian’s are looking to other models than that of the typical nursing home, demanding better and more diverse accommodation options.
