Alcoholics Anonymous are marking Drug Action Week by holding an open, public meeting of AA in Queensland. Whilst anyone can drop in on AA meetings, this one stepped onto a more visible stage in the Brisbane Town Hall. Although binge drinking has stolen the headlines lately, alcoholism, or alcohol dependence, has a significant, devastating impact on Australian society.
