Australian Conservation Foundation takes polluters to the ACCC

Spin surrounding climate change just got a little trickier for the big polluters. The Australian Conservation Foundation has lodged a complaint with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (or ACCC), saying that six companies have mislead the government and the public over the impact of climate change policy. They name Rio Tinto, Woodside, Xstrata, Boral, Caltex and BlueScope Steel.
