As the verdict on Julian Assange’s extradition was released yesterday some people took to the streets in a few cities across the country, protesting in front of the Department of Foriegn and Trade buildings.
At the protest in Adelaide, South Australian Greens MP Tammy Franks spoke at the rally because she believes that Julian Assange is being persecuted.
