To terminate a pregnancy, women in Australia may now only have to dial a number. The Tabbot Foundation has started a new service which will deliver the drug RU486 to womens homes following an over the phone consultation. It has caused controversy over how safe these new home abortions will be, with research showing there can be side effects after a medical abortion is administered.
