Australia’s bush fire season is approaching earlier than ever before, with New South Wales already battling blazes brought on by drought and dry weather.

Although fire fighters are prepared all year round, earlier fire seasons may make summer fires more serious due to the struggle to take part in control measures during the colder months.

This risks becoming the new normal, and experts say Australia needs to be serious and climate change mitigation.
