An unknown Google engineer has caused a stir within Silicon Valley and throughout the technology industry after their manifesto was leaked detailing their anti-diversity views.
The manifesto is a further blow to an industry that has struggled to shake off its male dominated stigma, with Google publishing its diversity data on a yearly basis to improve their image.
It comes after the Women in Technology conference was held in Sydney last week celebrating women within the technology field.
