The Australian Conservation Foundation has challenged the Morrison Government over an element of legislation in regards to Adani’s North Galilee Water Scheme project.

ACF believes the government has failed to properly consider the ‘water trigger’ a necessary action in response to Adani’s 12 and a half billion litre allocation of water for use at their coal mine in north Queensland.
