Abuse victims may be able to sue Catholic Church in Victoria

The ‘Victorian Inquiry into the Handling of Child Abuse by Religious and Other Non-Government Organisations’ today handed down its report outlining key offenders as well as a series of recommendations for the government. These recommendations, if implemented, would provide avenues for victims not yet seen in Australia, and in some cases the world.
