Budget night has come and gone and many organisations are left feeling the cuts and extra payments. The introduction of a $7 fee for GP visits, pathology and radiology from July next year is facing major opposition by many Aboriginal communities. A group of Aboriginal health leaders have met in Canberra and are in collaboration to resolve concerns about the planned co-payment and how it will effect those involved.
