Intimate partner violence causes more illness, disability and deaths than any other risk factor for women aged 25 to 44.

A shocking new report from the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare has reviled just how wide spread domestic violence is in our country.

Tanya Whitehouse, coordinator at Macarthur Women’s Domestic Violence Court, said that it is up to the whole community to come together and solve this issue.
