Things were looking quite hopeful for a more amicable relationship between Pakistan and India after the two countries came together in the tragedy of the recent earthquake. The Delhi bombings have slowed down the dialogue now and the border which had been about to open remains closed. Journalist Roopinder Singh is still hopeful that the relationship is improving.
