A vision begun nearly 20 years ago by the late Charles Perkins has come to fruition, with the transfer of shares in two central Australian Indigenous enterprises – into the hands of traditional owners. The man responsible for the share transfer, Joseph Elu says the move recognizes the economic viability of the Yeperenye Shopping Centre and Imparja Television.
