The South Australian Farmers Federation’s Carol Vincent says the decision to sell Telstra has split the nation’s farmers, with large sparsely populated states like South Australia worried that they have no details of how their already antiquated equipment will be upgraded. Farmers Neil and Liz Tate say the internet access that they now rely on to run a farm is very slow and unreliable.
