As the next meeeting of the International Whaling Commission approaches Japan has been working busily behind the scenes gathering votes to get the 25 year moratiorium on commercial whaling overturned. Sue Arnold from Australians For Animals says Japan is offering landlocked countries aid in return for their pro-whaling vote and even America will support them as apart of their general objection to international treaties.
