The Native Title Conference opened in Adelaide yesterday. The conference brings together Native Title leaders from around Australia and countries like New Zealand, Canada and Malaysia. Focus on aboriginal issues has recently been on ATSIC and to a lesser extent the Stolen Generations but Native Title has slipped off the radar somewhat. Jay Lamey spoke to Mick Dodson about the state of Native title in Australia today.
