The Indonesian national election will take place this year on 5 April and already the country is in full campaign mode. Kulja Coulston is in Bali for the election build up, and reports that one of the greatest issues of the election build up so far, has been fears that political rivalries will lead to violence across the archipelago. Kulja spoke to Balinese community leader Kadek Tegun about the festival, and community responses to the ban.
