This week the US will release six British and one Danish detainee from Guantanamo Bay. The respective countries have no plans to lay further charges on any of the men. Australians David Hicks and Mamdouh Habib remain in detention. Lawyer for Hicks Steven Kenny accuses the Australian government of allowing its citiizens to recieve a lower level of justice.
