The South Australian government have today revealed their fifth budget.  

State Treasurer, Tom Koutsantonis, said the budget will centre “relief for families and stability for business,” pointing to “a strong Net Operating Balance across the forward estimates”.  

SA Liberals have criticised Labor for not having an adequate debt reduction strategy, as the state approaches debt of $50bn.

Ahead of the latest announcement, the Malinauskas government revealed some key investments committing $8.5 million over four years to establish a Truth-Telling Commission, $8.4 million for an expansion of the Seniors Card program and reduced public service positions.
