Julia Gillard’s plan for another committee to investigate climate change has already created controversy for the newly formed minority Government. With the coalition opposed to putting a price on carbon, Tony Abbott has banned all Liberal ministers from taking part in the climate change committee. But it’s not just politicians questioning the latest climate inquiry.
