Around Australia young farmers are full of bright ideas but sometimes they’re not sure how to go about getting their voices heard. The National Council of Young Farmers would like to establish leadership programs to assist young people in playing a greater role in rural industries. Colin De Grussa in WA, Gregory Zillman in Queensland and Michelle Croker in New South Wales are three young farmers leading the way.
