Water is becoming a very scarce resource in Australia ? yet we still rank as one of the highest users per capita in the developed world. Today is the United Nations ‘World Water Day’, and this is one of the many challenges the organization currently faces. Colin Creighton is the Director of the CSIRO’s National Research Flagship ‘Water for Healthy Country’. He says that while Australia globally is leading the water policy debate way, on a national level there is much room for improvement. He is speaking with Paulina Vidal about the issues that are likely to be crucial in the future.
