With the Federal Government’s changes to the Industrial Relations laws looming, many Australians are wondering what will happen to their workplace rights. Whilst employers believe AWAs, or Australian Workplace Agreements, enhance the working relationship, not all workers have received a fair deal. The Wire’s Samantha Regione spoke with young people who claim they were bullied into signing agreements and were also underpaid.
