Disability advocates have long been pushing for further inclusion and accessibility in traditional workplaces, in order to cater to the needs of some employees.

But since lockdown restrictions began, we’ve seen workplaces shift overnight to working from home. Suddenly, jobs that seemed impossible to do remotely have adapted to online work.

This change is allowing workplaces to strive for more accessibility to employees with disability.
