The Australian Government has this week combined efforts with businessman David Gonski to produce a new education funding review titled “Gonski 2.0”.

The government plans to spend an extra $18.6 billion on education over the next ten years with the aim to improve the needs-based funding model first introduced by Labor.

But how will this new model impact Indigenous Australian students?
