Will Denticare provide equal dental health for all?

Denticare is one of the most radical proposals in the reform of our health system. However the proposal faces criticism from a number of different angles. The ADA argues universal health care is inappropriate and conversely all federal funding allocated for Denticare should go directly to disadvantaged groups. Others believe universal dental care is the correct avenue to follow but Denticare would not resolve the inequitable access to dental treatment in Australia.
